Are you desiring a shift in your relationship with your body?

It’s been a challenging time and you may be feeling changes in your body, perhaps some weight shifting, clothes not fitting the same way. Perhaps you are turning to controlling your food and movement in an unbalanced way to cope. Or feeling plagued by self-critical thoughts and body bashing. 

Firstly, please be gentle with yourself. It is natural for your nervous system to be responding to the feeling of uncertainty and threat posed by COVID-19. It is also natural that you may be turning to your relationship with food and your body as a perceived sense of control in these chaotic times. There are other ways to handle the stress of this pandemic and the cultural upheaval we are all experiencing. I am here to support you with developing somatic resourcing skills for creating a felt sense of safety in your body, developing skills to challenge the inner critic, and cultivating self-compassion.
