Individual Session fees are:
$175 for 55 minutes with April
$195 for 55 minutes with Caitlin
$200 for 55 minutes with Carolyn, Heidi & Jody
$250 for 90 minute Initial Assessment
Insurance Info
We are not in-network with any insurance providers. We can provide a form for you to file our sessions as an out-of-network provider. Most of our clients who file their out of network benefits are reimbursed about 60-80% of the session fees after they have paid their deductible. We are happy to help with this filing process to make our services more accessible. We accept cash, check and all major credit cards.
Having a private pay therapist means that you will have more control over your treatment. You will not receive a mental health diagnosis and your session notes will not be submitted to an outside third party. We will be able to freely work together in a way that honors your unique situation and we can tailor our approach to best fit your needs.
