Hi, I'm Carolyn. Pull up a chair. Let’s get to know one another!

As a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist & Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, my passion is helping people heal from the wounds that bind them.

Whatever you’re facing, wherever you’ve come from and whatever you’re hoping for, I believe with all my heart that:

You don’t need to face it alone.

I have shared a home with an eating disorder. I know how excruciatingly difficult it can be to make it through a single day, let alone imagine a time when you are not consumed by worries about what you eat and how you experience your body. I will help you feel safe and supported so you can access your bravest self in order to find healing and joy.

You can triumph over your battle.

You are stronger than you imagine. With genuine support and skilled guidance, you can find the inner strength to uncover, overcome and face up to your darkest struggles. As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, I provide a holistic, personalized approach that respects your unique situation and incorporates both the art and science of eating disorders treatment.

My confidence that you can find recovery is rooted both in my family’s eventual triumph over this devastating disorder and in the experience of journeying with many clients over the years.

What I bring…

Vast expertise & clinical experience

With over 20 years (and counting) engaging with treatment centers, recovery teams, and medical providers, I’m grateful to be able to treat and consult on extraordinarily complex ED cases.

Deep compassion, warmth & nurturing

Being a therapist is my great privilege. My respect for and belief in each client shows up in the nurturing, protected space I provide, the humility and curiosity I bring to each session, and the authenticity and compassion that underpins my work.
