Individual Session fees are:
$195 for 55 minutes with Caitlin
$200 for 55 minutes with Carolyn, Heidi & Jody
$250 for 90 minute Initial Assessment
Insurance Info
We are out-of-network providers who offer direct insurance billing through Mentaya - a platform that helps clients get money back on out-of-network therapy sessions. If you qualify, Mentaya will file claims, and handle all of the insurance paperwork to make sure you get reimbursed!
Having a private pay therapist means that you will have more control over your treatment. You will not receive a mental health diagnosis and your session notes will not be submitted to an outside third party. We will be able to freely work together in a way that honors your unique situation and we can tailor our approach to best fit your needs.
