Hi, I'm Caitlin. Thanks for stopping by.

I'm here to create a safe space for people to explore parts of themselves and their relationship with their mind and body. I offer a unique blend of psychotherapy that incorporates somatic, trauma-informed healing practices with cognitive behavioral therapeutic techniques. I have experience with using evidence-based therapeutic models (CBT, DBT, ACT) to effectively treat the spectrum of mental health issues.

Get ready to feel some things...and don't forget to breathe...

Are you looking for a therapist that ....

  • will help you in understanding the origins of your eating disorder so you can work towards a lasting recovery?

  • draws on extensive experience and provides an individualized approach which means you get quality care specifically tailored to your needs?

  • creates a safe and comfortable environment with her warm and loving presence?

  • is willing to gently push you out of your comfort zone to confront the hard stuff?

If yes, then I'm so glad you're here.

As a licensed counselor, I bring a wide range of skills to my therapy.

I have completed specialized training for DBT skill-building, ACT, IFS, CBT, EMDR, and trauma-informed yoga. I pull from many different modalities in order to tailor therapeutic interventions to meet each client’s mind/body/soul needs.

I bring an open mind to every session. I am able to hold a safe, judgment-free space so you can feel comfortable bringing your darker, more complex and shadowy parts into the light of therapy where it will be met with compassion and understanding.
