Body Liberation in Midlife: Online Mini Retreat

with Heidi Andersen of Reclaiming Beauty & Deb Benfield of Aging with Vitality & Body Liberation

Midlife is a time women are invited to become more authentic to ourselves, dismantle systems that have been unconsciously guiding our lives, and redefine how we want to move forward in relationship with food, our bodies, our community and living life in alignment with our hearts.

Wear your coziest clothes, grab a journal and your favorite pens, and join us for some sweet space dedicated to connection and skill building for women in midlife seeking a different way to relate to food and their bodies.

We will explore these topics:

  • Aging with Body Liberation

  • Reclaiming Beauty in Midlife

Kathryn Andersen, Virtual Community Weaver

Midlife… the years when you keep tearing down your own tower, scramble around in the rubble and then stand up… bruised and disheveled and disoriented, and yell out to the universe, fists held high, “Here I am! You want a piece of me?!?” And you hear an echoey call back… “It’s about damn time!”

You can learn more about Kathryn and her work as a somatically oriented Integral Coach with individuals and organizations at her website.
