I’m looking forward to leading the first live to the public Reclaiming Beauty group! We will be using the Reclaiming Beauty Journal & Wisdom Deck as tools to heal our relationship to our bodies and ourselves.
Limited space to 8 participants to ensure a safe, supportive group experience.
Together during this 8 week group, we will playfully and tenderly:
+ Develop an intuitive, personal relationship with the Reclaiming Beauty Wisdom deck as a guide for your Reclaiming Beauty journey
+ Learn mindfulness tools to heal body image
+ Explore our Original Beauty and the stories of what led us to become disconnected from our unique beauty
+ Shift our relationship to our Body and Soul from self-critical to self-compassionate
+ Explore Pleasurable Embodiment and develop our bodies as a resource
+ Practice Authentic Mirroring as a tool to heal our self-image
Many women struggle with their body image, and as a result are disconnected from the wisdom of their body. You’re invited to join a circle of women to learn accessible, healing tools for shifting your relationship with your body and Soul. In our time together, we will use movement, imagery cards, and the support of a circle of women to deepen into a juicy, curious, and kind relationship with your body and your Soul.
Join therapist Heidi Lynn Andersen and dance instructor and holistic health teacher Christine Garvin in this body-centered, image-healing workshop.
